Shipping costs and countries
Shipping within Germany and to all EU countries is free of charge. We ship to all other delivery countries for a flat rate of EUR 50.

Returns
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. You bear the cost of returning the item. So that your piece is insured on its way back, returns are handled by UPS: we send you a return label to print out, and UPS collects the parcel from you at an agreed time. We deduct the return shipping cost from the refund:
Just write to us at info@goldschmiede-krack.de. If possible, please return the piece in its original packaging.
Custom-made and engraved pieces are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The full conditions are set out in our withdrawal policy.
Tracking
You can check the current status of your parcel at any time using your tracking number. Further information on tracking is included in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery information
The exact delivery time for your order is shown in the cart; for telephone orders, our team will tell you personally. If you give us your email address when ordering, we will send you an order confirmation including the delivery time. You will also receive other helpful information about your order at this address, such as delivery and return information.
Delays
If any items are temporarily unavailable or the promised delivery time is delayed, we will inform you by email.
Split shipments
If the waiting time is too long, we split the shipment automatically: you receive the available items first and the delayed items follow in a separate parcel. If we have your email address, we will send you a delivery confirmation for the separate parcels.
Logistics partner
We pack the ordered items as quickly as possible and hand them over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partners.
